The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff. The room, a King Non-Smoking, was clean and the perfect size for our needs. Though there was a shower with no tub, it didn't detract much from our stay. The location was ideal, close to shopping and restaurants, and the pool area was a pleasant addition, allowing early access for my daughter to enjoy a swim.

Decent location near major roads made getting around easy. The rate appeared reasonable initially, though taxes and fees added up. The room offered a straightforward design with basic amenities, but it lacked a welcoming touch that could make it feel cozier.

The condition of the floors left much to be desired, needing mopping upon arrival. The towels felt overly soft but didn’t absorb well, making post-shower drying a hassle. Additionally, the beds were uncomfortably hard, providing a night of restlessness. Charging devices became a challenge with only two available outlets, one oddly positioned high on the wall without any surface nearby to place items. The weekend pricing felt inflated, being almost double compared to weekdays, which didn’t sit well considering the overall experience.

Perfect spot for couples

The room was clean and had a great smell, which is rare. When we checked in, the woman at the front desk was warm and cute, made us feel right at home.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but worth it for the quality.

the colonial inn has a cozy bed that made for a comfy night. the shower setup was great, and the outdoor pool area was refreshing. especially loved how clean everything smelled upon entering our room. staff like natalie truly enhance the experience with their kindness!
